You have been asked to organise the annual outing for the members of your reading group, but you do not have enough time this year. The chairperson of the group is Ms Halvorsen.
Write a letter to the chairperson. In your letter:
- thank her for asking you
- explain why you cannot take on the job
- suggest someone else who could organise it
